Yoga is for all, and we strive to make yoga accessible for everyone to experience the benefits. Our classes offer people both physical and mental training with the intention to develop both physical and emotional wellbeing through the teaching of physical yoga postures (asanas), pranayama (breathing exercise), meditation and relaxation.

Yoga for young people
Yoga provides young people with a non-competitive form of exercise that requires them to become aware of their physical body and develop focus and awareness. Our yoga classes could be offered in a school or private setting.

In school, yoga could be offered as one-off lessons or as a course as part of the school’s physical education curriculum or social, emotional and well being curriculum or as a extra-curricular programme for groups.

In a private setting, yoga could be offered at a private home, club or private studio with a suitable environment.

Yoga for adults
We can offer private classes for adults at a private home, work or at a private club or studio with a suitable environment. These classes can be customized to the needs of the group.

Pregnancy yoga
We also provide specialized yoga classes for pre-natal, post-natal and active birthing. These classes offer the mother an opportunity to relax and develop physical and mental strength required for the demands of childbirth.
