It is our intention to provide a beautiful, serene and safe environment for you to connect to yourself, relax, unwind and for you to be 100% you.

TRANSPORT 

Getting to Maekok River Village Resort, Thaton:

There will be one pick up and drop off at Chiang Mai International Airport at the following times. The drive is a beautiful 3-hour drive through the mountains and we will make a couple of comfort stops en route.

Friday 26th September

2:00pm pick up from arrivals hall in the international terminal at Chiang Mai International Airport to Mae Kok River Village Resort

Tuesday 30th September

10:00am pick up from Mae Kok River Village Resort to Chiang Mai International Airport

A representative from the Maekok River Village Resort will be there to meet you.

WHAT TO BRING 

The following is a suggested list of things to bring to the retreat: 

  • Reusable water bottle;

  • Loose, comfortable clothes for practice;

  • Waterproof jacket;

  • Trainers;

  • Swim wear;

....and an intention to relax, unwind and bring curiosity to explore what you want more of in your life!

Friday

2:00 PM Pick up from Chiang Mai International Airport

5:00 PM Arrive and settle in.

6:30PM Opening ceremony

7:30PM Dinner

8:30PM Free time to settle in and rest after travelling.

Saturday - Monday

7.00 AM Tea & fruit  

7.30 AM Morning practice (gentle flow, meditation)

9.00 AM Breakfast 

10.30AM Coaching session

12.30 PM Lunch followed by optional daily activities (hiking, cooking class, boat trip, bike rides)

5:30 PM Afternoon inquiry & practice

7.30 PM Dinner

8:30 PM After dinner unwind (optional activities yoga Nidra or a reflective journaling practice)

Tuesday 

7:00AM Tea & fruit 

7:30 AM Morning practice

CANCELLATION POLICY & PAYMENT SCHEDULE

Securing Your Place
A deposit of 25% confirms your spot at the retreat. This deposit is non-refundable, as it helps us cover the preparation and venue commitments made on your behalf.

Cancellations by Participants

  • More than 60 days before the retreat: You’ll receive a full refund of any balance paid (excluding the deposit).

  • 30–60 days before the retreat: 50% of the balance will be refunded.

  • Less than 30 days before the retreat: No refunds are available, as all arrangements will have been finalized.

We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, we’ll do our best to offer a credit toward a future retreat.

Cancellations by Organizers
If we need to cancel the retreat for any reason, you will receive a full refund of all payments made, including your deposit.

Minimum Numbers
This retreat is designed to be an intimate group experience. We require a minimum of 6 participants for the retreat to go ahead. If minimum numbers are not met, the retreat will be cancelled, and all payments (including deposits) will be refunded in full.

Payment Schedule

A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking to secure your place. 

The remaining balance is due 45 days (6 weeks) before the retreat begins. 

For bookings made after this date, full payment is required at the time of registration.

Health & Safety

We take your health and safety very seriously.  Whilst we cannot eliminate all risk involved with travel, we encourage you to consider planning ahead and checking your travel insurance policy before you travel to determine what kind of insurance cover you may be eligible for. 

We will also be asking all retreaters to complete a comprehensive (and confidential) questionnaire before the retreat to ensure the physical, emotional and mental safety of all retreaters.  

There are basic medical facilities nearby and very good hospitals in the nearest city, Chiang Rai.

There are also First Aiders on site.
