Mindful Yoga

Mindful yoga is a gentle practice inviting you to move and breathe through different forms whilst cultivating balance and connection in the mind and body. The class will include physical asana, meditation, breathing practices and relaxation. Open to all.

Breathwork

A restorative breath focused practice exploring healing techniques from yoga, qi gong and other traditional practices to help people manage stress and anxiety, feel calmer, more focused and emotionally balanced. Open to all.

Private

Join me for a one to one class designed to meet your needs and requirements, and schedule! One to one classes are a great way to develop a more personalised and deeper practice.

Workshops

Join me for a deeper dive into a chosen theme, practice or area of wellbeing. These sessions will be run once or twice a month. Previous topics include: Breathing & restorative yoga.

Here are a few things to make sure your your experience is as relaxing and enjoyable as possible:

1. Try and sign into Zoom before the session starts to make sure all the tech is working.

2. Make sure you have a mat and if possible a block & cushion.

3. Ideally find a quiet space where you won't be disturbed and have enough space to stretch and move.

4. I'll invite everyone to go mute when to class begins to minimise distractions, but ideally keep the video on.

5. Let me know if you have any concerns or injuries I should be aware of either via email or drop me a message before the session.

All the sessions will be recorded, so if you can't join live you can always practice in your own time!

Please note the online classes will only go ahead with a minimum of 2 students and the class will be cancelled 60 minutes before. In the case of cancellation a refund will be given or the option to use as credit for another class.
