Classes

Private and group classes available both virtually and in-person. I offer a range of classes including gentle mindful yoga and breath-work focused classes based on the Breath Body Mind™ method.

These practices are for all, and I strive to make my classes accessible for everyone to experience the benefits.

Retreats

My retreats integrate mindfulness, yoga, nature connection and compassion-based practices in beautiful settings to rejuvenate and restore the body, mind and soul.

The annual Wild Highland Retreat is open to all but customized retreats for private groups, schools and corporate groups are also available and tailored to your requirements.

Courses

A range of courses on mental health, well-being, stress-reduction and the benefits of the practices to support in overall wellbeing are available. From a one-off workshop to longer courses, I can tailor my programmes to suit the specific needs of your organisation.
