In today’s session I briefly introduce the approach of trauma-informed yoga, but more significantly choice making within a practice - so that you are practicing in a way that supports and nurtures your current state of being.

Today’s practice is a gentle session focusing on the hips, moving through some gentle forms encouraging interoception and finishing with a calming alternative breathing practice leading into a brief relaxation.
